## Job description

JD – Fraud Investigation We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Investigation / Fraud Prevention Specialist to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent activities across customer accounts and transactions. The role involves conducting detailed investigations on fraud alerts generated through transaction monitoring systems and performing comprehensive 360-degree reviews of flagged activities to assess potential fraud risks.

The candidate will be responsible for investigating various fraud typologies, including Account Takeover (ATO), Payment Takeover (PTO), Transaction Origination Abuse (TOA), Identity Theft, ATO Scams, First-Party Fraud, Synthetic Identity Fraud, and Card & Payment Fraud.
