[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/422941J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Automation Engineer ## Job description ### Job Description - 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and quality engineering. - Strong ability to design and build automation frameworks from scratch. - Proven experience in integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelines. ### Expertise in at least one major programming language - Java, GoLang, or JavaScript/TypeScript - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright. - Strong understanding of microservices vs. monolithic architectures and application data flows. - Experience validating APIs and messaging systems (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Kafka). - Demonstrated ability to uplift team quality through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration. - Strong background working within agile software delivery environments and applying shift-left principles.
