## Job description

### Role

Business Strategy & Consultant Management Location: Mumbai Exp Range: 3- 8 yrs Must Have: Strategy, Business Management, B2B-B2C Exposure Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Product & Market Strategy
- Define product vision, positioning, and differentiation.
- Conduct market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Drive product-market fit validation frameworks.
- Identify expansion opportunities across geographies and segments. 2 Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth
- Design GTM strategy for our products including Ed Games Hub.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization models.
- Enable sales through structured pitch decks and positioning narratives.
- Track adoption, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs. 3 Business Planning & Financial Modeling
- Build 3–5 year business plans.
- Develop unit economics and profitability models.
- Drive revenue, cost structures, and ROI. 4 Business Operations
- Build business management and operating cadence. Manage business operations team.
- Establish scalable processes across sales, onboarding, delivery, and partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional execution between product, tech, marketing, and sales.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning Thanks & Regards,
