## Job description

A Hospitality Executive in a corporate environment is responsible for managing workplace hospitality services, front-office operations, guest relations, employee experience, vendor coordination, and ensuring a professional office environment.

### Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hospitality Executive to manage workplace hospitality services and ensure a seamless experience for employees, visitors, clients, and leadership teams. The role involves overseeing reception services, meeting room management, vendor coordination, housekeeping standards, pantry operations, and supporting corporate events while maintaining high service quality and workplace standards.

### Key Responsibilities

Guest & Visitor Management Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner. Manage visitor registrations, access protocols, and reception activities. Ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with company standards. Coordinate visitor logistics, meeting schedules, and hospitality arrangements. Event Coordination Support internal meetings, leadership visits, client meetings, and corporate events.

Manage logistics including catering, seating, venue setup, and hospitality services. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as required. Preferred Qualifications / Experience Range Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in corporate hospitality, workplace services, facilities management, or hotel operations.

Experience in managing front-office, guest relations, or corporate hospitality services preferred.
