## Job description

### Role

Accounts Payable Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting,AP Experience: 8 years to 12 years Job Location: Hydrabad Shift-Night Shift Education:
- Minimum
- 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous.

### Must Have Skills

P2P Delivery Management, SLAs and KPIs, Team Management, Resource Planning, Customer Management ORACLE ERP, US GAAP, IFRS Service Delivery & SLA Management Team Management & Leadership Operational Governance & Disbursements Oracle ERP System & Process Optimization Financial Control, Closing & Compliance Good-to-Have Skills:

### Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous.

### Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role.

### ERP Expertise
- Deep, advanced hands-on experience utilizing Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within an enterprise P2P environment.

### Core Competencies
- Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and managing SLAs/KPIs in a shared services or matrixed corporate structure.

### Soft Skills
- Outstanding leadership capabilities, highly articulate communication, and strong negotiation skills to manage senior cross-functional stakeholders and global vendors.

### Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding of internal financial controls, corporate treasury workflows, banking integrations, and global spend auditing. Job Responsibility

In this role, you will be a key partner in driving our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis workflows. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, helping business leaders optimize performance and make high-stakes operational decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of corporate finance principles, exceptional modeling capabilities, and advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP and associated enterprise performance management tools.
