## Job description

### TCS Inviting Applications for Role

Azure SQL DBA Exp: 6- 8 yr Location: Hyderabad Walk-In

### Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and SQL Server environments. Monitor database health, availability, and performance. Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning. Configure and support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions. Manage Azure database security, access controls, and compliance requirements.

Troubleshoot database-related issues and perform root cause analysis. Plan and execute database migrations from on-premises SQL Server to Azure. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and scripting. Collaborate with development, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

## Qualifications

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
