## Job description

### Role

Client Partner - CPG Location: Dallas, TX Job Description:

### Drive Sales Plan
- TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction
- Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure
- Proactive deal generation and large deal management
- P&L management of the account
- CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement
- Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation
- Drive TCS' internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting
- Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement
- Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account
- Team management and talent development
- Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth
- Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for CPG ISU Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 13 years of relevant Customer Relationship experience
- Experience in managing relationships within the CPG Industry

### Knowledge of CPG Industry Salary Range
- $148,800- $201,300 a year #LI-AD1
