## Job description

### Role and Skill

Record to Report

### Team Member Experience
- 4 years to 10 years Job Location: Kolkata Shift: 24x7 Job Qualification:- Any Finance Graduate CA / ICWA (Inter) / MBA finance / M.Com Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee R2R operations including reporting, general ledger entries, and global intercompany reconciliations
- Manage client engagements and contracts across geographies, including process setup, metrics definition, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate thought leadership by driving value through technology, analytics, and transformation initiatives
- Establish robust tracking mechanisms for key operational metrics to support data driven decision making
- Own and drive all process parameters critical to quality, ensuring delivery excellence
- Lead end to end F&A delivery across multiple global regions
- Drive transformation, productivity, and efficiency improvements as per contractual commitments
- Oversee account reconciliation processes, policy adherence, and effective tool adoption
- Ensure strict compliance with control, risk, and governance requirements
- Lead operational reviews and governance calls with clients and internal stakeholders Ensure SLA management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols are followed
- Drive people management activities including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training
- Build and sustain backup and cross training plans to ensure delivery continuity

### Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 to 10 years experience in Finance and Administration Delivery
- Proven expertise across end to end
- Record to Report (R2R) processes
- Strong experience managing multiple global clients and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive metric improvements and ensure data validation
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with flexibility in work hours
