Hands-on experience with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Understanding of network security principles and best practices - Infrastructure & Systems Management Strong experience managing on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management (YAML, Ansible, Terraform). Knowledge of server, storage, and virtualization technologies - Change & Configuration Management - Ability to enforce strict change control processes. Ensuring all changes are documented with clear delta updates and proper comments - Leadership & Team Management - Proven ability to lead regional or distributed teams. Mentoring and guiding network administrators and infrastructure engineers. - Incident & Problem Management - Expertise in handling major incidents and outages. Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive measures. Familiarity with ITIL processes - Security & Compliance Strong understanding of network security, access controls, and compliance standards. Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and audit requirements - Monitoring & Performance Optimization Experience with network and infrastructure monitoring tools. Capable to analyze performance metrics and optimize system/network efficiency
