### Role Name

Workday HCM Functional

### Desired Experience

Range: 5 years to 14 Years Location of Requirement: Bangalore Must-Have:
- Analyze, design, and implement Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements
- Configure and support core HCM modules including: Core HR Organization Management Compensation Business
- Process Framework (BPF)
- Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards
- Perform data migration, validation, and system integration support
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution (L2/L3)

## Qualifications

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
