In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding our market footprint across a comprehensive portfolio of Cloud, Data and Infrastructure services. As the IT landscape evolves, Artificial Intelligence is at the core of our strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of how AI can be leveraged to modernize, automate, and transform traditional infrastructure and operations. You will be instrumental in positioning our AI-driven solutions to prospective clients, driving growth across everything from the service desk to complex data migrations. ### Drive Revenue Growth - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to generate new business and expand existing accounts across the following core service areas: ### Service Desk & End User Computing - Pitching cognitive, AI-powered service desk solutions and modern workplace environments. ### Messaging & Collaboration - Driving adoption of next-generation, seamless enterprise communication tools and Everyday AI using CoPilot, Gemini Enterprise, Claude etc ### Data Center Operations & Transformation - Selling modernization and AIOps-driven management for enterprise data centers. ### Network Operations & Transformation - Positioning intelligent, self-healing network solutions (SD-WAN, AI-driven networking). ### Cloud Operations, Transformation & Modernization - Driving cloud adoption, refactoring, and AI-enabled cloud management (AWS, Azure, GCP). ### Data Migration - Leading initiatives to securely transition complex enterprise data architectures to modern cloud environments. ### AI-Centric Go-to-Market Strategy - Serve as a subject matter expert on how Artificial Intelligence—including AIOps, generative AI, and machine learning–driven automation—can improve efficiency and strengthen outcomes across all of these service areas. ### Pipeline Management - Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. ### Client Advisory - Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs), translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI. ### Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with solutions architects, delivery teams, and marketing to craft compelling proposals, design customized solutions, and ensure successful service transition. ### Industry Experience - 7+ years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management within the IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, or Managed Services sectors. ### AI Expertise (Essential) - Demonstrated experience selling or implementing AI-integrated IT solutions.
