[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/420829J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / ServiceNow Customer Service ## Job description Skill- ServiceNow Consultant / Solution Architect (CSM, FSM) Exp- 5 to 10years Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad JD - 6 to 15 years of experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and Service Portal. - Understanding in ServiceNow Implementation & integration with hands-on knowledge in javascript, UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client script, Script Includes, Business Rules and ACL. - Experience with ServiceNow as a Developer or Support role (Incident, Problem, Change management or Customer Service Management) - Solid functional knowledge of CSM/FSM module (Certification is a plus) - Experience with instance upgrade and patching, SOAP, RESTful API, scripting with ServiceNow - Worked on multiple integrations of ServiceNow Monitoring Tools - Experience in configuring dashboards, reports and analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights into customer service performance, trends and areas for improvement. - Experience in Agent workspace and Virtual agent - Knowledge on AI, DevOps, Automation Tools usage and implementations - Presales Process knowedge.
