## Job description

### Role

SAP Finance Functional Consultant - SME Skill: Finance and Accounts Experience: 8 to 12 years Location: TCS Noida Shift Timing: AU/NZ time zone and client operating hours Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)​
- Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream - B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification / proficient Must Have:
- ERP Application Knowledge
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- End‑to‑end understanding of business flows (P2P/O2C/R2R)
- Act as SAP FICO SME for Finance and Controlling process.
- Work with business stakeholders and business analysts to gather and formalize requirements.
- Configure SAP FICO modules and prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, regression testing cycles
- Support solution design with architecture teams ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Provide effort estimation inputs and support project delivery lifecycle
- Manage change requests, deployment, and hypercare support phases
- Strong experience in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Project Systems).
- Strong understanding of finance value chain in large enterprise environments
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and change management standard Good-to-Have:
- Understanding how modules interact (e.g., Finance, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond your core module
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration programs
- Integration knowledge with third-party systems and SAP modules
- Experience in IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer-centric mindset.
