### Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise current and future-state business processes
- Align processes to CRM enabled outcomes
- Support organisational change and adoption
- Collaborate with CX and Salesforce teams
- Ensure processes meet regulatory and operational requirements

### Required Skills
- Business process design expertise
- CRM transformation experience
- Change management practices
- Stakeholder collaboration
- Regulated industry exposure Experience Required
- 10–14 years relevant industry experience
- Financial services or regulated environment experience preferred
