## Job description

Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and/or technical solutions. Configure modules and support end-to-end business processes. Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Workshops, UAT, and Training sessions. Participate in system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution. Create functional specifications and process documentation.

### Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong knowledge of one or more D365 F&O modules: Finance General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Manufacturing Warehouse Management Experience in D365 F&O implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

Experience with system integration and data migration. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

### Preferred Skills

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Knowledge of Azure services and integrations. Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365. Experience working in Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains. Must-Have Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP Implementation Finance and/or Supply Chain Modules Business Process Analysis UAT & Functional Testing Stakeholder Management
