## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Technical Writing and documentation in Networking
- Experience with AI driven content development Roles & Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities

Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain Configuration Guides, Installation and Deployment Guides, User Manuals, API Documentation, Release Notes, Troubleshooting Guides, Knowledge Base Articles, Online Help Systems, Network Automation Documentation Networking Documentation
- Document Cisco networking technologies such as Routing & Switching, Enterprise Networks, SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI, Data Center Networking, Wireless Networks, Network Security, Cloud Networking Solutions AI-Driven Content Development
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot,
- Enterprise AI Knowledge Platforms
- Leverage AI to Draft and summarize technical content, Generate documentation templates, Improve content consistency and quality, Automate metadata tagging and classification, Create knowledge base content and FAQs, Enhance documentation searchability

### Documentation Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to Documentation standards, Content governance frameworks, Accessibility guidelines, Structured authoring methodologies, Perform peer reviews and content audits.

### Salary Range

$64,000 - $140,000 a year #LI-CM2
