[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/423253J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Pharmacovigilance ## Job description TCS Hiring for Pharmacovigilance role Location -Pune Roles and Responsibilities: - Perform case selection and allocation on daily basis as per the client SOP and WIs. - Quality Review of cases (valid and invalid cases) as per the set SLAs. - Document case in SMOCQA tool. - Perform analysis of refuted errors. - Ensure Quality is achieved as per the set SLA (TCS/Client). - Attend internal and client meetings. - Attend the Vendor oversight meetings. - Ensure compliance with respect to Client/TCS trainings. - Participate in audits as Subject Matter Expert of the Quality Review Processes. - Perform any additional tasks/activities as delegated by the Supervisor.
