## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Good QAD experience in all modules OR atleast in Distribution and Finance and good knowledge in Manufacturing.
- Good Experience in QAD “Application Management Service” type of engagement
- Requirement Design, Development and Testing (Unit & Integration) in Progress Open edge
- Good Communication and Documentation Skills
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn and resolve recurring incidents

### L2 Ticket Management Base Salary Range
