## Job description

### Job Title

ServiceNow GRC Developer Experience: 4 – 15 Years Locations: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata / Bhubaneswar Job Description: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk
- Configure risk assessments, control testing, policy lifecycle, and issue management workflows Customize using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure data integrity, compliance tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable GRC solutions Required Skills: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules
- Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Experience with workflow automation and Flow Designer Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS–GRC preferred)
