[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/418120J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Java springboot with AWS ## Job description ### Application Development - Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices Build RESTful APIs and backend services for high-performance applications - Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices ### Database Management - Design and manage MongoDB collections, schemas, and queries Optimize NoSQL database performance and indexing strategies - Handle large-scale data storage and retrieval efficiently Cloud Integration (AWS & GCP) - Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS) - Work with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, GKE) - Implement cloud-native architectures and serverless solutions - Manage cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization ### Microservices & API Development - Develop and manage microservices architecture Integrate APIs, third-party systems, and event-driven services - Implement messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ DevOps & CI/CD Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes - Monitor applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch ### Core Technical Skills - Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security) Hands-on experience with MongoDB (NoSQL database design & optimization) Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices Cloud Skills Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC) Experience with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, Pub/Sub) - Knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment strategies DevOps & Tools Experience with Docker, Kubernetes - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control ( Git) - Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools ### Preferred Qualifications Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA (even in hybrid environments) Experience with API gateways and service mesh (Istio) Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
