## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- sales, service certifications required
- FSC certification will be preferred
- Banking and financial services experience is preferred
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
- working knowledge in data migration and integration
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc) Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute quick POC
- Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud
- Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
- Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
- Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
- Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
- Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects
- Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
- Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
- Onsite-offshore co-ordination
- Report regular progress on projects

### Testing and training strategies Salary Range
- $110,000 to $135,000 per year
