[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/423944J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / ServiceNow Technical Lead ## Job description SN Required Information Details 1 Role ServiceNow Technical Lead (Any module except ITSM) 2 Required Technical Skill Set ServiceNow Modules-ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRX, ITBM, CSM, and other Servicenow modules Responsibilities: Technical Comptency - Experience as a Technical Lead in any Module (ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM/ITBM, GRC, CMDB) - Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, understanding Architecture solution - Understanding customer business requirements and convert to functional requirements - Responsible for reviewing requi rements for accurate estimation - Experienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow - Expertise ServiceNow deployments, ITSM migrations, conslidations, upgrades, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise - Review, and do proactive analyze and resolve application issues as needed -
