The role involves incident resolution, invoice process optimization, stakeholder management, and support for minor enhancements across the invoice lifecycle. ### What You'll Do AMS Support (L2/L3) ### Required Skills Strong experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). Solid knowledge of SAP FI (Accounts Payable). Working knowledge of SAP MM Invoice Verification. Understanding of P2P and Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes. Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration. Knowledge of ArchiveLink, document archiving, job monitoring, and error analysis. Basic ABAP debugging and log analysis skills.
