## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO and PingDirectory
- Single-SignOn(SSO) implementation
- Open protocols like SAML, OAuth and OIDC
- Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications
- Develop metrics, alerts, integrate monitoring solutions, and dashboard
- Azure cloud and DevOps knowledge
- Programming knowledge – Java/Python
- Scripting Knowledge – Arm Templates, Ansible
- Any RDBMS/SQL knowledge Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting skills/ability
- Setting up Idp and SP connections, Policies, Selectors, Adapters and contract mapping in PingFederate
- Access Token Management, Access Token Mapping, OIDC polices in PingFederate
- Creating Applications, Rules, Rulesets, coarse grain authorization etc in PingAccess
- Onboarding Applications into PingAccess and PingFederate
- Working on ServiceNow tickets
- Application Troubleshooting and ServiceNow response
- 24x7x365 on-call support rotation (PagerDuty)
- Renewal of Certificates
- Monitor IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Troubleshooting skills/ability, 24x7x365 on-call support rotation (PagerDuty)
