This includes troubleshooting software problems and resolving application errors. ### Network troubleshooting Resolve local network and connectivity problems, such as issues with Wi-Fi access or connecting to a shared network drive. ### User support Serve as the first and second line of support for employees, addressing IT problems through a ticketing system, in-person visits, or remote access. ### Onboarding and offboarding Set up and deploy hardware and software for new employees. Similarly, collect and process equipment for departing staff. ### Inventory management Maintain a detailed and accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses. ### System maintenance Conduct routine preventative maintenance, install patches, and apply security updates to ensure all systems are running optimally and securely. ### Documentation Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation, including job reports, troubleshooting guides, and process instructions.
