## Job description

### Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing as per approved test strategy and plan
- Prepare SIT test scenarios, test cases, and execution schedules
- Ensure end-to-end integration validation across systems (CRM, Billing, Metering)
- Track progress against timelines and ensure delivery commitments Onsite–Offshore Team Management
- Lead distributed teams (onsite & offshore) with clear task ownership
- Allocate work based on priority, skillset, and timelines
- Enable follow-the-sun execution model
- Act as SPOC between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams

### Stakeholder Coordination
- Run daily stand-ups, SIT status calls, and defect triage meetings
- Provide execution status, risks, and escalations to Test Manager and stakeholders
- Coordinate with dev, business, and vendors for issue resolution
