Must understand the nuances of retail customer data (householding, loyalty tiers, promotional activity, cross-channel behavior). ### Customer Data Proficiency Demonstrable experience with core Customer 360 / Master Data Management (MDM) ### Concepts Data Analysis & SQL Strong proficiency in SQL for data profiling, source-to-target mapping validation, and ad-hoc analysis. You must be comfortable getting your hands dirty in the data. ### Exceptional Communication World-class ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical business audiences and to translate ambiguous business needs into precise technical requirements. ### Roles & Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering Lead workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to deeply understand and document their current and future-state needs for a unified customer view. ### Functional Design & Data Modeling Define and design the conceptual and logical customer data model.
