## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and Performance. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the Workday platform. Provide functional support to HR teams and resolve system-related issues. Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system enhancements. Support configuration changes, testing, and rollout of new Workday features. Generate reports and dashboards as required by HR and management.

Assist in user training and documentation for Workday processes.
