## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

Configure and support the SAP SD module. Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes including sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing. Work with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions. Handle pricing, billing, and output determination. Ensure integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning). Manage customer master data and sales documents. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.

Participate in testing, implementation, and enhancements.

### Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP SD module Experience in order-to-cash cycle (OTC) Knowledge of pricing, billing, and shipping processes Understanding of sales document configuration Integration knowledge with MM, FI, and PP modules Basic SAP configuration (IMG) knowledge
