## Job description

### Excellent communication skills
- Good working experience in MS office – Excel, Word, PPT
- Experience in Client Relationship Management (Australia geography stakeholders)
- Experience of leading team size of 15+
- Experience in managing/supporting Employee Data Management and Workforce Management operations with focus on volume planning and data accuracy
- Domain expertise across HR domain with focus on Employee Data lifecycle and workforce planning activities
- Experience in HR systems with strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
- Experience in handling data transactions, scheduling, capacity tracking, and reporting
- Technology Insights – Working knowledge of HR platforms (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and WFM tools for planning and reporting
- Understanding of Australia HR processes, delivery cadence, and stakeholder expectations Accountable for managing team size of 15+
- Responsible for SLA management, workforce alignment, and data accuracy
- Metrics and reporting as per the program communication plan
- Ensure Quality Management Systems are followed for delivery excellence
- Drive capacity planning, scheduling alignment, and workload distribution
- Ensure proper communication between onsite (Australia), offshore and customer teams
- Delivery excellence and customer focus
- Ensure accurate processing of employee data transactions and alignment with workforce plans
- Manage volume fluctuations, utilization, and service risks through WFM planning
- Handle stakeholder escalations related to data, capacity, and service delivery
- Support process improvements, standardization, and reporting enhancements
- Ensuring delivery of real and tangible improvement through planning, analysis and execution
