We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together. ### What we are looking for Role ITOM AIOPS Developer (Automation Developer) ### Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years Location: Pan India Must Have: ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps Expertise - Strong experience in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and AIOps implementations. ### Automation & Scripting - Hands-on development experience using Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, o r JavaScript for operational automation and remediation. ### Integrations & APIs - Experience integrating monitoring and ITSM tools using REST APIs, JSON/XML, Integration Hub, and web services. ### Monitoring & Event Correlation - Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, event management, alert correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis. ### Good-to-Have Cloud & DevOps Knowledge - Experience with Azure/AWS, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. ### Infrastructure Automation & Observability - Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Observability platforms.
