They handle rostering, resolve transport issues, manage budgets, and use technology to improve efficiency. Key requirements include 2–5 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in transport management systems. ### Operations Management - Develop and execute employee transportation strategies, including route optimization for efficiency. ### Vendor Management - Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). ### Safety & Compliance - Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory norms. ### Rostering & Scheduling - Coordinate daily transport schedules, shift timings, and ad-hoc booking requests. ### Data Analysis - Use transportation management systems (TMS) or ERPs to analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational performance. ### Issue Resolution - Act as the primary contact for resolving employee complaints, vendor issues, and emergencies. ### Reporting - Prepare reports on transportation costs, utilization rates, and service quality. ### Required Skills and Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or employee transportation services. - Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP tools, and MS Excel. ### Soft Skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
