## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.
- Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and labor management.

- 10+ years of Oracle ERP/HCM consulting experience.
- 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations.
- Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs.

### Salary Range

$130,000- $150,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
