## Job description

### Experience
- 12+ years in IT with 6+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation.

### Core Function
- Lead end-to-end architecture, pre-sales solutioning, platform governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

### Work Models
- Onsite, hybrid, or remote capabilities.

### Platform Strategy & Governance
- Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.

### Solution Architecture & Design
- Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).

### Integration & AI Leadership
- Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.

### Stakeholder Management
- Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.

### Team Mentorship
- Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.

### Technical Expertise
- Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.

### Framework Knowledge
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.

### Enterprise Experience
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.

### Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications

### Certified Application Developer (CAD) Salary Range
- $110,000 - $140,000 a year #LI-CM2
