This role leads the creation of high-impact storytelling across online, social, video, and internal platforms, working closely with communications, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling, results-driven narrative campaigns. The ideal candidate brings 10-15+ years’ experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, and digital marketing within a global, matrixed organization. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of integrated storytelling and content strategies aligned with organizational priorities and market trends - Develop and manage compelling narratives, themes, and messaging frameworks to support campaigns, reports, and strategic initiatives - Oversee the creation and delivery of multi-channel content, including digital, social, video, podcast, and research-driven assets - Partner with senior executives and business leaders to shape and amplify thought leadership platforms and external messaging - Translate complex business and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-centric content - Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of messaging across all external and internal communications channels and content outputs - Develop and implement communications strategies for key events, including narrative development, content creation, and media amplification - Identify and leverage opportunities to elevate campaigns, partnerships, and announcements into broader thought leadership initiatives - Establish and monitor content performance metrics, utilizing insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimization - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated communications programs and initiatives - Effectively manage a team of writers and content developers to consistently meet deadlines ### Qualifications - 10-15+ years of experience in corporate communications, content strategy, or journalism - Proven experience leading multi-channel content programs, including digital, social, and thought leadership platforms - Demonstrated experience working with senior executives on messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership development - Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies for campaigns and large-scale events - Background in B2B marketing, technology, or professional services environments - Experience in research-driven storytelling (e.g., reports, insights, or analyst-style content) - Experience working with agencies, external partners, and cross-functional global teams - Familiarity with emerging technology topics such as AI, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation - Experience supporting crisis communications or high-visibility corporate initiatives ### Key Competencies - Strategic thinking - Creative writer - Stakeh older management - Innovation mindset - Ability to manage multiple priorities TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive. ### Comprehensive Medical Coverage Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans. ### Family Support Maternal & Parental Leaves. ### Insurance Options Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection. ### Convenience & Professional Growth Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement. ### Time Off Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays. ### Legal & Financial Assistance Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing. ### Salary Range $166,600-$225,400 a year #LI-AK1
