## Job description

### Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and business process automation.

### Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Configure Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management
- Develop workflows, process builder flows, and automation
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

### Required Skills

Strong expertise in: Apex programming and triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, workflows)

Experience in: Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)

Knowledge of: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud SOQL, SOSL Familiarity with: Git/version control systems CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

### Preferred Skills

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder)

Experience with:

Cloud (Community Cloud) Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud (basic exposure) Knowledge of: MuleSoft or other middleware tools Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
