## Job description

Role:RTR Payroll Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 5 years to 8 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FnA - RTR activities
- Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Payroll, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Interaction with the client - Governance calls
- SLA adherence
- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

### Good to Have
- Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools
- Complex Accounting
- Project Exp on Process Improvements
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office skills Job Responsibility
- 100% WFO (work from office)
- Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
- AR experience required
- Customer service skills
- Well-organized and proactive
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work independently
- Tracking budget expenses
- Attention to detail
- Maintains healthy vendor relationships
- PC proficiency
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
