## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
- Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
- Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred

### Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency. Generic Managerial Skills, If any

- Cross-functional collaboration

### Problem-solving and ownership Salary Range
- $150,000 -$160,000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
