## Job description

### Skill

Business System Analyst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Technical Skills: SQL proficiency, proficiency in data modeling, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

### Analytical Skills

Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems.

### Communication

Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams.

### Requirements

Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.

### System Analysis & Design

Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.

### Technical Documentation

Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams.

### Process Improvement

Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch suppor Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
