## Job description

### Desired Competencies

Full lifecycles of SAP Concur implementation experience including: Lead discovery workshops to understand client needs and map out Travel, Expense, and Invoice (TE&I) requirements. Configure system policies, workflows, audit rules, and tax/localization settings in SAP Concur. Manage complex integrat ions between SAP Concur and upstream/downstream systems like ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP FI/CO) and HR systems. Conduct user training, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage system cutover.

Manage and monitor user profiles, maintaining role-based access, and handling onboarding/deactivations. Serve as an Authorized Support Contact (ASC) to troubleshoot technical issues and open cases with SAP support. </ul
