## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) module. Manage billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and dunning processes. Handle customer account management and contract accounts. Work with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions. Ensure integration with SAP IS-U, SD, and FI modules. Support meter-to-cash processes in the utilities domain. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.

Participate in testing, implementation, and system enhancements.

### Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP FICA module
- Knowledge of utilities business processes (IS-U) Experience with billing, invoicing, collections, and payment processing Understanding of contract accounts and receivables management
- Knowledge of integration with FI and SD modules Basic understanding of SAP configuration (IMG)

### Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities / FICA Knowledge of dunning, dispute management, and credit control Basic ABAP/debugging skills Experience in electricity, water, or gas utilities industry
