Technical (Civil / Electrical/ Mechanical)

### Experience

2-7 years Location: Kolkata Required skills: Knowledge/experience in operations management, vendor management, team management, security management, technical facility management (High side and low side, HVAC, Chillers, Power systems, transformers, DG, UPS), project management, project planning, procurement, contract management, govt liaison, conflict and grievance management, performance management, resource management, well versed with computer applications MIS, knowledge on safety, fire fighting and fire control system, knowledge on power generation and distribution, knowledge on Building Management System, Sustainability and Initiatives.

### Responsibilities

Experience on handling large campuse / facilities Vendor Management, AMC Finance, Budget Management, Communication Procurement, SEZ / STPI Process Dealing with Statutory bodies

## Qualifications

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
