## Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in ETL/Data Warehouse testing, Test Automation, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- 8+ years of QA experience.
- 3+ years leading QA teams.
- Strong experience building automation frameworks.
- 2+ years of IAM testing experience.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Experience in Banking preferred.

- SailPoint IdentityIQ / ISC
- Saviynt
- Okta
- Azure Active Directory
- LDAP / Active Directory
- RBAC and Access Governance
- Identity Lifecycle Management API Testing
- REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- Postman
- Swagger/OpenAPI Cloud Technologies
- AWS/Azure Roles & Responsibilities
- Define QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics.
- Drive test governance, risk management, and defect management processes.
- Coordinate with Business, Development, Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps Boards).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced Agile team.

### Salary Range

$100,000 to $115,000 per year
