[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/424490J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Delivery Excellence Partner ## Job description ### Role Delivery Excellence Partner Skill: Finance and Accounts Experience: 10 to 12 years Location: TCS Hyderabad Shift Timing: AU/NZ time zone and client operating hours Education: - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)​ - Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream - B.Com, M.Com - Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent Must Have Skills: - Lean Six Sigma certified or formally trained (Black Belt preferred) - Finance and Accounting domain experience - Proven track record of leading and/or mentoring multiple Lean Six Sigma improvement projects Good-to-Have Skills: - Continuous Improvement / Lean & Six Sigma - Stakeholders Coordination ### ERP Exposure (JDE/SAP) Role Purpose - To drive Data driven culture in operation by imparting various quality tools and methodologies trainings. - To ensure that the best in class client satisfaction rating is achieved by leveraging Delivery Excellence initiatives - To facilitate deployment of Quality management system(iQMS) including ISO and CMMi practices - To drive business process improvements leveraging Lean Six Sigma Key Accountabilities: - Conduct Thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmap for the associated client accounts. - Lead & mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver targeted Business value and productivity improvements. - Build and develop competencies on Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation techniques. - Drive innovation and automation projects to deliver award winning case studies in internal and external forums. - Drive effective No Surprise framework to ensure process risks are proactively identified and mitigated for the associated client accounts. - Effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure Delivery Excellence Initiatives are effectively deployed and recognized. ### Technical Capabilities / Skills Systems: - Develop a moderate level of proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Good understanding and experience of JDE Module or SAP VNA & Language: - Have fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. - Can interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner Soft skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Client and Stakeholder management skills - Influencing Skills - Program management skills – soft skills & networking - Assertive & self driven with an attitude of challenging the status quo - Ambitious or Goal oriented with a will to make it happen. ### Analytical skills - An eye for detail, analytical and data oriented with logi cal problem solving approach Organisational skills: - Time management - Documentation and knowledge sharing. - High level written communication skills to interact with key stakeholders Business acumen: - Overall 10+ plus years of work experience with proven expertise in business problem solving and delivering significant business value to the clients and internal stakeholders. ### Exposure to Service industry is must Other Requirements - Should possess positive attitude to support the business. - Should be flexible for working hours. - 5 days’ work from office is mandatory
