[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/401634J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Regional Capacity Lead ## Job description ### Role Regional Capacity Lead Exp Range: 8-10 Yrs Location: Delhi & Mumbai Must Have Key Skills: - Good communication skills (written/verbal) - Proficiency in Regional/Local Language written/verbal - Experienced in interacting with distributors/retail agencies - Experience in conducting infra/building audits across channel partners. - Role required to work for extended working hours as situation demand - Role Required for Extensive Travel within Zone/Region/Hub - Must be ready to work six days a week or as per define rostering for the team - Experience in screening Compliance documents (commercial building) in detail - High Ethical and moral values - Experience in conducting mass Infra/building audit across channels. - Experience in strong coordination and follow up across departments - Must have managed a team. - Some exposure of understanding of Property ownership related legal docs. - Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressure - Vendor Management skills -Getting work done from support agencies. - Good computer knowledge (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint etc. ### Roles & Responsibilities 1 - Complete ownership of infra expansion for the zone/region/state/city 2 Supervision & Monitoring, Training and development of team members engaged in Capacity Expansion 3 Responsible for searching for new LISP/IDZ/LTL partners within the zone/region/state/city and onboarding them as per the process. 4 Visiting and evaluation of proposed sites for Exam related infrastr ucture as per the define TCS iON guidelines 5 Overall owner for conducting Admin Audit (Part of Standard LISP Audit) in the overall zone/region/state/city 6 Ownership for completion and coordination of 4/5 Stage Audit (Power/Networking/Ops/Admin/legal) in the overall region 7 Submission of completed Audit - Reports in the overall zone/region/state/city and maintain proper record of all documents/report/audits 8 - Complete ownership on coordination for BGC & DD Documents with Partner & Internal teams
