## Job description

Role:AR Jeppesen Skill: Finance and Accounting,AP Experience: 2 years to 5 years Job Location: Bangalore Shift-5:30 P.M. to 3:30 A.M.

### Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Commerce Graduate,B. Com/M.com/MBA - Finance (Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate)

### Must Have Skills

Billing/Invoicing, Contract Management, Pricing/Signing Backlog, Account Management, MNC from Manufacturing Industry. ERP (Orcle) Preferred Billing/Invoice, Cash Application, AR Good analytical and communication skills High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability Oral and written communications skills in English Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment Computer literate in various toolsGood domain expertise Good-to-Have Skills:
- Graduates and/or post graduates with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- End to End Knowledge in AR/OTC.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Job Responsibility
- Basic understanding of Billing and invoicing
- Conversant of various online tools and systems
- Responsible for assisting with day to day calls/queries relating to billing processes
- Day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to senior.
- Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing,
- Adhere to the policy guidelines for billing.
- Responsible for follow up with field location team for necessary supporting documents required for billing
- Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts
- Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
- Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
