## Job description

### Role

Presales Analyst Location: Lucknow / Kolkata Exp Range: 4- 8 yrs Must Have: Communication, Presentation, MS Office, People management, Problem solving, Attention to detail, Research Roles & Responsibilities: 1
- Design solution strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior. 2
- Understand customer needs and make presentations / demonstrations to generate leads, qualify prospects and support overall sales. 3
- Collaborate with the various teams, viz., sales, product development team, infrastructure & compliance team, etc. to develop sustainable and commercially viable offerings. 4
- Liaise with the relevant team to participate in demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops. 5
- Build lasting relationships with customers. 6
- Prepare presentations for customers and respond to tenders. 7
- Train other Pre-Sales consultants from time to time. 8 Strategize process improvements and deployment. 9 Asset creation and thought leadership innovations. 10 Governance and reporting. 11
- Must be flexible in working hours to meet the proposal deadlines.
