## Job description

Conduct detailed investigations on fraud alerts generated through transaction monitoring systems. Perform comprehensive 360-degree reviews of triggered alerts to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud risks.

### Investigate fraud typologies including

Account Takeover (ATO) Payment Takeover (PTO) Transaction Origination Abuse (TOA) Identity Theft ATO Scams First-Party Fraud Synthetic Identity Fraud Card and Payment Fraud Analyze customer profiles, transactional behavior, account history, and associated risk indicators. Review and validate suspicious transactions, account activities, and fraud claims.
