## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce architecture
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Enterprise integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, Data Migration, and Data Governance
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and multi-org DevOps
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Generative AI/Agentic AI tools
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (mandatory); CTA preferred

### Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and govern Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Design scalable solutions, integrations, and data architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Lead technical reviews, DevOps, security, governance, and release management.
- Drive AI-enabled development practices and platform modernization initiatives.
- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions. Generic Managerial Skills, If any

- Strategic planning and decision-making
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration

### Problem-solving and ownership Salary Range
