Direct experience leading or governing large-scale transformation programmes. Depth in merchandising, supply chain, or omnichannel retail with hands‑on exposure early in your career. ### Rich consulting or transformation experience strategy, operating model, transformation design, delivery governance, and C-suite influencing. ### Demonstrated success in delivering tangible commercial outcomes margin growth, OTB optimisation, stock reduction, service improvement, customer engagement, digital attachment, cost efficiencies. ### Capabilities & Skills Enterprise transformation expertise from visioning through mobilisation to value realisation. Fashion retail domain mastery, with credibility in merchandising, supply chain, assortment, pricing, sourcing, and trading. ### Data-driven decision-making comfortable interpreting analytics, building cases, and using data to influence choices. ### Leadership excellence able to align multi-functional stakeholders, build trust, and drive decisive action. ### Exceptional communication structured, articulate, calm under pressure, and compelling at all levels—from boardrooms to programme teams. ### Change management competence skilled at building adoption plans that land in stores, DCs and head office. ### Attributes Gravitas with low ego confident standing beside (and occasionally in for) a respected Partner. ### Outcome-obsessed focused on business results, not just activity.
